For the Business Development Department
Analyst
Position Description:
- Collect, analyze and report the sales and marketing-related information in an ongoing attempt to increase sales productivity.
- Analyze and unerstand the customer potential picture.
- Supply of data on demand and support of decision-making processes (with an emphasis on the work interface vis-a-vis the sales and segments managers).
- Initiate, lead and develop analytical methods vis-a-vis marketing entities.
- Construct a customer potential picture in defined geographic regions.
- Analyze the business performances in parameters of the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales system.
Position Requirements:
- Relevant academic education (economics, statistics, industrial and management engineering or similar fields)
- At least 2-3 years experience in the field of analysis
- Experience in data processing and analysis within a business environment, preferably for marketing departments.
- Languages: Hebrew (mother tongue), English (mother tongue level)
- Knowledge of data processing software
For the IT Department
IT Project Manager
Position Description
- Responsibility for the implementation of organizational Information Systems – ERP and others
- Overall responsibility for the process - from the stage of identification and analysis of needs, through work with relevant suppliers and up to the implementation of the system and support of the users
- Contact with external software suppliers/companies in the definition and characterization of the needs
- Position is with the company’s IT team and reports to the IT manager
Position Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Computer Engineering – mandatory
- Proven experience in the implementation of Priority ERP (preference for experience in the implementation of a logistics module)
- 3-5 years’ experience as implementing information systems or relevant project management – mandatory
- Experience is the entire implementation process – from characterization of needs and interfaces and up to implementation of the system
For the Organizational Resources Division
Administrative Assistant
Position Description
- To provide administrative services to all the division’s department managers
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars opposite internal/external parties locally and abroad, help with determining priorities, creating presentations, preparation of professional materials for meetings, reports and minutes of meetings
- Administrative assistance with subsidiary companies abroad – supervision of ongoing expenses, follow-up of board meetings, addressing current needs and supervision of processes
- Reports to the VP Organizational Resources
Position Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in an international organization opposite different teams and parties inside and outside of the company
- Bachelor’s degree/practical industrial engineer
- English at mother tongue level – mandatory!
- High proficiency in all MS Office applications – mandatory!
- Position is full time with willingness to do overtime if necessary
For the Electricity, Instrumentation & Control Department
Instrumentation Engineer
Position description:
- Design and execution of projects in Israel and abroad
- Position includes: professional responsibility for projects – equipment characterization and design, issue of specifications, issue of purchase orders, inspection and supervision of installations
- Operation of subcontractors according to project needs
- Reporting to the Manager of the Electricity, Instrumentation and Control Department
Position Requirements:
- Education: Electrical or Chemical Engineer
- 2-4 years' experience as an instrumentation engineer in the process industry
- Knowledge and experience in instrumentation and control – including design and preparation of equipment specifications
- Knowledge and experience in writing programs for programmable controllers – an advantage
- High level English
- Willing to travel abroad to accompany plant operation
Control Applications Engineer/Practical Engineer (Programming)
Position Description:
- Writing control applications, running and operating the system in the field.
- The position includes work with process engineers, colleagues in the Electrical department and the client in the field.
- The position is subordinate to the manager of the Electricity, Instrumentation and Control department.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Electronics/instrumentation and control practical engineer
- 3-5 years know-how and experience in programming logic controllers manufactured by Siemens, Allen Bradley
- At least three years’ experience in programming systems in the process industry.
- Knowledge of industrial instrumentation
- Willingness for overseas travel

Position Description:
- Responsible for sales of IDE water solutions in APAC/India.

- To manage agents in a defined territory.
- Maintain constant communication with the customer in its geographic territory.
Position Requirements:
- A degree in marketing or any relevant degree.
- 5-7 year s experience in sales positions APAC/India.
- Experience in creation of cooperative ventures with research and government entities, recruiting and activating agents, exhibitions, presentations, publicity, public relations.
- Experience in sales, including familiarity with sale contracts abroad, letters of credit and guarantees.

Administrative Manager, Marketing and Sales Division
Position Description:
- Assistance to the division VP with control, coordination and implementation of work plans and periodic reports.
- Coordinating and managing the work of the various interfaces in the division and their relations with intra- and extra-organizational interfaces.
- Implementation and supervision of the work processes and current tasks (tenders, proposals, presentations, etc.)
- Follow up and supervision of the implementation of the annual and multi-annual work plans, including follow up and supervision of the execution of decisions and achievement of defined objectives.

Leading broad spectrum projects in marketing and sales:
- Managing and leading the relevant employees in the division, controlling the work flow in accordance with the defined plans and the timetables.
- Holding routine coordination meetings with the project teams.

- Training new employees – preparing and supervising overlap programs
Position Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in large organizations (preferably global), in a CEO assistant position, etc.
- University graduate, Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Industry and Management – an advantage

For the Operations Division
Project Manager
Position Description:
- Manage projects post sale through to delivery.
- Work internally with the engineering and the project control departments.
- Coordinate planning, purchasing and assembly.
- Manage the operations abroad, commissioning and delivery to the client.
- Reporting to the Product Line Manager.
Position Requirements:
- B.Sc in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering. MBA is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management in the process / electro-mechanical industries in Israel and abroad.
- Experience managing production and working with local subcontractors.
- Experience in field work in Israel and abroad.
- Experience working with clients and suppliers from abroad.
Senior RO Process Engineer
Position Description:
- Leading the project process design.
- Will be part of a team accompanying an innovative project, reporting to the department manager.
Position Requirements:
- BSc in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering (only recognized degree from universities in Israel).
- At least 3-5 years experience as a process engineer.
- Background knowledge in P&IDs - mandatory. Background knowledge in membranes - advantage.
- Willing to travel abroad.
- Management experience - advantage.
Senior Technical Expeditor
Position Description:
- Follow up and expediting of purchase orders with a financial scope of millions of dollars.
- Responsibility for the order from its dispatch to the supplier and until its supply and final payment.
- Follow up of the production of items on the suppliers' production lines in Israel and abroad.
- Work with expeditors and project managers – reporting on the status of orders and compliance with timetables.
- Identifying problems in supply and responsibility for solving these. Work with parties inside the organization as well as suppliers in the field.
- The position is subordinate to the Purchasing Manager
Position Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ relevant experience with suppliers and sub-contractors in Israel and abroad. Preference will be given to experience in a technological/heavy industry/project oriented company
- A technological education - a must. Preference will be given to a practical engineer/engineer in the mechanical/electrical field
- Good knowledge of production and assembly processes (processes of transition from design to production and follow up of production on the line)
- Ability to read technical drawings and transfer instructions to production in accordance therewith.
- Control of MS Office applications, including the ability to prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent English – reading, writing, oral. The position includes managing negotiations and providing detailed performance instructions in writing and orally to suppliers abroad.
- Willing to travel abroad
For the Engineering Division
Civil Engineer
Position Description:
- Designing civil engineering structures for projects in Israel and abroad
- Working in cooperation with mechanical engineers in the mechanical design department
- Providing a professional opinion on the design works of engineers working in conjunction with him
Position Requirements:
- Education: A civil engineer who is a graduate of Ben Gurion University or the Technion
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in construction design .
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in water structures design .
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in industrial structures design .
- Know-how of the Israeli construction standard – obligatory
- Experience working with the STRAP program
- High level English
- Preparedness to travel abroad.
