For the Operations Division
Project Manager
Description
• Manage projects post sale up to delivery.
• Working internally with the engineering and the control departments.
• Coordinating planning, purchasing and assembling.
• Managing the operations abroad, trial run and delivery to the client.
• Reporting to the Operational Manager.
Requirements
• Bsc in Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry Engineering. MBA is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management in the process / electro-mechanics industries in
Israel and abroad.
• Experience managing production and working with local subcontractors.
• Experienced in field work in Israel and abroad.
• Experience working with clients and suppliers from abroad.
Process Engineer for planning water treatment processes (RO)
• Bsc in Chemistry Engineering from a recognized Israeli university.
• 3-5 yeas of experience in engineering roles of water treatment processes – MUST!
• Advantage to previous experience in membrane processes (RO).
• Background with P&ID’s – MUST!
The position will require traveling abroad.
Process Engineer for hydraulic calculations processes (RO)
• Bsc in Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry Engineering from a recognized Israeli university.
• 3-5 yeas of experience in engineering roles of water treatment processes – MUST!
• 2-5 years of experience with hydraulic calculations.
• Background with P&ID’s – MUST!
The position will require traveling abroad.
Process Engineer for wastewater treatment (RO)
• Bsc in Chemistry Engineering / Environmental Engineering from a recognized Israeli university.
• 3-5 yeas of experience in engineering, development or operational roles of wastewater treatment
processes – MUST!
• Experience with planning electro-mechanical equipment such as: pumps, tanks, separation systems
and centrifuge.
• Advantage to experience with the petrochemical industry or planning offices.
• Working with a technical team in the field of wastewater treatment.
The position will require traveling abroad.
Buyer in the field of Electro-Mechanics
Description
• Responsibility for large financial scope purchase of electro-mechanical equipment and
infrastructures for the erection and maintenance of desalination plants in Israel and abroad
• Able to lead RFQ procedures, identify new and manage existing suppliers
• Conduct negotiations, reduce costs and prepare purchasing agreements
Requirements
• Academic qualification, technological education an advantage
• 3-5 years experience in the purchase of heavy electrical equipment and infrastructures such as:
pumps, motors, transformers, compressors, blowers, electricity panels, cables and other
complementary equipment
• Preference for experience in the chemical/process industries
• Fluent English (oral, reading and writing) and extensive experience working in English with
foreign parties
• Experience leading complex purchasing procedures with suppliers abroad. Proven ability to conduct negotiations, close deals and prepare purchasing agreements
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, including Excel and preparation of presentations

For the Quality Assurance Division
Quality Inspection Department Manager
Description
• Manage a department of 10 quality inspectors
• Professional responsibility for inspection processes carried out in Israel and abroad, at
manufacturers’ site and the company’s assembly sites
• Field work – frequent travel to different sites in Israel and abroad
Requirements
• Mechanical Engineer / Senior Mechanical Practical Engineer
• At least 8 years experience in the steel industry (constructions, understanding of welding, non-
destructive tests)
• Understanding of electricity and control – an advantage
• Experience working with clients abroad
• High level of English – conversation, reading and writing
For the Marketing and Sales Division
Regional Desk Manager
Description
• Responsible for on going marketing activities of water desalination projects abroad.
• Promoting, preparing and presenting technical / marketing materials for a professional target
audience.
• Building a formation of agents in the region, operating current agents and nurturing the existing
infrastructure.
• Reporting to VP Marketing.
Requirements
• Academic qualification in the business or engineering fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing activity abroad.
• Advantage for working with clients in the chemical / electro-mechanics industries.
The position will require traveling abroad.
Sales Engineer
Description
• Technical and sales negotiations.
• Promoting, preparing and presenting technical / marketing materials for a professional target
audience.
• Preparing complex and detailed marketing offers.
Requirements
• Bsc in Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry Engineering. MBA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing activity abroad – projects in the water or plumbing
fields.
• An understanding in water, thermo-dynamics, process industry.
• Experience managing technical and business negotiations. Must be experienced with responding to
bids.
• Substantial advantage to experience working with clients in the chemical / electro-mechanical
industries.
For the Engineering Division
Mechanical Design Department Manager
Description
• Responsibility for mechanical design of desalination plants
• Managing designers who do strength calculations and checking manufacturer’s calculations
• Managing a department of 15 CAD designers and engineers Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an Israeli university or the Technion. Master degree – an
advantage
• At least 10 years experience as a design engineer. Experience with strength calculations of vessels
and constructions. Knowledge of and experience in strength calculations of compound materials
(GRP, Carbon Fiber)
• Experience in strength calculations of piping
• Familiarity with leading engineering standards – ASME X, ASTM, BS-7159, ASME VIII
• Familiarity with drive systems and rotating equipment, experience with shaft strength
calculations, selection of bearings and mechanical seals
• Experience managing a design team of engineers
• High level of English – conversation, reading and writing
