CEO & President
Mr. Felber is President and CEO of IDE Technologies, a position he has held since 2002. Under his leadership the company has seen considerable growth.
He brings to the table a wealth of financial knowledge and business experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of the desalination market, in which IDE is a world leader. This combination puts him in an excellent position to promote the development of new and existing markets, as well as to advance new desalination and water treatment technologies.
Prior to joining IDE, Mr. Felber was CFO at the Israel Ports & Railways Authority, and Deputy Director of the Budget Department at the Israeli Ministry of Finance. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy and an MBA, both with distinction from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mr. Felber also participated in the Eisenhower Foundation program in the U.S. studying government, budget, transportation and capital markets.
CEO assets, President Sales & Marketing
Mr. Zohar joined IDE in 2010 as its CFO, responsible for managing all financial, commercial, accounting, pricing and reporting matters in the Group. He is also responsible for financing of the Company's projects and those of its subsidiaries, as well as insurance control and risk management. Mr. Zohar also serves as director of subsidiaries in the Group, and takes an active part in the management of the company's BOT activity, tenders and new business development. Prior to IDE, Mr. Zohar served as VP of one of Israel’s largest gas distribution companies, where he acquired vast experience in all aspects of financial management, including fundraising, acquisitions, share issues and the handling of tenders.
Mr. Zohar graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem with a BA majoring in economics and accounting, after which he completed his specialization in accounting and was certified as a CPA by the Israel Auditors’ Council. He also holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
CEO, IDE projects
With twenty years of experience in the water industry, Amnon Levy has been an active participant in both the proposal and construction processes of the company's largest projects. He has participated in many JV and collaboration projects, and brings a unique combination of innovative thinking, business sense and engineering know-how to the projects. He was a member of the project management of IDE's large scale plants at Ashkelon, Hadera, Sorek and Carlsbad, all of which have won awards. Amnon has also been on the steering committees for the implementation of major internal processes such as ERP and PLM systems, as well as pioneered the IDE PROGREEN™ environmentally friendly line of products that do not use chemicals in pretreatment and RO stages. Amnon holds B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics, respectively, as well as an Executive MBA.
Ms. Pinchusowicz joined IDE in 2011 as Head of Finance, Treasury, Budget & Control, Risk Management and Pricing. In 2016 she assumed the role of CFO for both IDE business units – IDE Projects and IDE Assets - responsible for managing all financial, accounting, pricing and reporting matters in the Group. In this position, Mazy puts her expertise in leading global financial analysis to drive management and board decisions to good use. Mazy brings to IDE more than a decade of experience in senior finance positions in public and private global corporates and global accounting firms (BIG 4). Further, she has a track record of successful results in complex and multidisciplinary processes (e.g. IPO, global CF management, US GAAP as well as IFRS experience, multi-level budget preparation and control, ERP implementation), and extensive experience as a board member in public and private companies. Prior to IDE, Mazy served as the Controller for a large public investment company. Mazy is a certified CPA by the Israel Auditors’ Council, and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University, and an MBA, majoring in international taxation, from Ono Academic College.
EVP, Business Development
Mr. Yachini joined IDE in 2011 as EVP Business Development. He brings rich experience in business development, strategy, investments, new product development, and general management. His position includes responsibility for pursuing new growth domains, including their sales and marketing activities, strategic activities and acquisitions.
Prior to IDE, Mr. Yachini was a partner in a leading venture capital firm, and early investor in several activities that turned into fast growing, highly profitable businesses, and co-founder of a telecom company. He also held various other senior management positions with large multinational corporations.
Mr. Yachini holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from IMD Business School, Switzerland.
VP & CTO Membrane Technologies
Dr. Liberman joined IDE in 1993, and held various position in the company prior to assuming his current position as VP and CTO for membrane technologies. As CTO he leads the company's R&D activities in the RO field. Dr. Liberman is responsible for several industry technological breakthroughs including the Pressure Center Design, the patented Direct Osmosis Cleaning enabling membrane cleaning without stopping the RO train, green desalination allowing desalination without the use of chemicals, and 16” membranes in a vertical array.
He is extremely well known and respected in the desalination field and regularly speaks at leading industry conferences and events.
Dr. Liberman holds a B.A. and M.S from the Civil Engineering Institute Rostov-on-Don, USSR and a Ph.D. from the Institute for Scientific Research in Water Supply, Moscow.
VP Sales & Marketing North & Latin America
Gilad joined IDE in 2009 as Corporate Business Development Manager, responsible for investment evaluations and M&A activity, as well as development of new business platforms in target markets. In his position prior to IDE, as senior consultant for one of Israel's leading management consulting firms on business competitive and corporate strategy, Gilad led the business development in South East Asia and Central Eastern Europe. In 2011 Gilad was appointed Head of IDE's Industrial Water Treatment Business Unit, establishing this line of activity in the company. In addition, his responsibilities included the evaluation of corporate investments, management and leading of acquisition processes, and the establishment of R&D related partnerships. Gilad holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and an MBA majoring in marketing management (Magna Cum Laude), both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, In addition to Hebrew, Gilad speaks fluent English, and has a good knowledge of Italian. On a personal level, Gilad values creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, commitment, openness and leadership and brings these qualities to every position he holds.
VP Sales & Marketing EMEA & APAC
Dror joined IDE in 2013, as Director of Strategic Partners & Projects. In this position he was responsible for the development and management of partnership-based sale channels for IDE with leading EPC companies and consulting firms worldwide. Dror already knew IDE well having previously served the company in the Sales & Marketing Department, leading sales activities in the APAC and EMEA regions from 2004 to 2011. In his two years away from IDE, he served as Director of Business Development for a global engineering design and construction firm, responsible for developing and establishing partnership-based sales channels with a focus on complementary technologies and access to supplementary financial sources. Dror has accumulated 20 years of experience in sales, business development and marketing of advanced technology products/projects to leading private and public entities worldwide, and he specializes in the fields of water treatment and related infrastructure. Dror holds a B.Sc, in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, the Israeli Institute of Technology, and an MBA majoring in Marketing from the prestigious Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration of Tel Aviv University. He also holds CPD Certification in Project Finance and Financial Modelling for PPPs. In addition to his native Hebrew, Dror speak fluent English and basic French.
VP General Counsel
Ms. Teuerstein joined IDE in 2011 as legal representative in the Finance Department. In 2015 she established and was appointed Head of the newly established Commercial Department, and in 2016 assumed the role of Company Legal Counsel. In this position, Lihy is responsible for all commercial and legal aspects of infrastructure projects in the water desalination and water treatment market, including negotiation of complex transactions, M&A, sale of assets, DBO contracts, EPC turnkey agreements, BOT/P3 agreements.
In addition to responsibility for the Company's asset management of P3, BOT projects and O&M companies, she also manages the team of experienced lawyers who staff the commercial department, and serves on the Board of Directors of the group's O&M companies. Prior to joining IDE, Lihy was employed in the International Commercial and Corporate department of a large legal firm, advising and accompanying clients in all regulatory and legal commercial aspects of their business activities. Lihy has a combined LL.B in Law and Far East Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and is a member of the Israel Bar Association. She also has an MA in Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University.
VP, CTO Assets
Jacky Ben Yaish
Jacky joined IDE originally in 1993 as a Process Engineer. After a short break, he returned to IDE as Manager of the Detailed Design department, and before being appointed VP Engineering in 2016, he served as the company's Engineering Manager. Today Jacky bears overall responsibility for the engineering design of all IDE products, including both thermal and RO desalination, with the thermal and membrane process departments, as well as the detailed engineering, falling under his responsibility.
Jacky has been closely involved in the engineering of the company's leading mega projects around the world, among them the Sorek, Carlsbad, Tianjin, and Jamnagar plants. Jacky brings 23 years of experience in desalination to the management table, from all aspects of the project – process, detailed design and project management. His across the board experience in all stages of project, from design through to commissioning and operation, provides an unparalleled understanding of complex water treatment projects. He has a broad understanding of alliancing and risk/reward compensation processes associated with alliance. Jacky is a graduate of Ben Gurion University with Bachelor and Master Degrees in Mechanical Engineering. He also has an MBA from Bar Ilan University, majoring in financing.
Ziv joined IDE in 2008 as a Project Manager, and prior to his appointment as VP Projects, served as Director for Water Infrastructure for North and Latin America. In the latter position, Ziv was responsible for developing and maintaining IDE capabilities in the region for partnering with Contractors for EPC projects, and managing and leading solution development processes for strategic EPC projects. Before joining IDE, Ziv served as a project manager for a large supplier of alternate and renewable energy, managing projects in Recovered Energy Generation Department.
Ziv Shor brings a wealth of project management experience in the field of water treatment to the table, including the development of large-scale projects from the negotiation stage through execution and commissioning, management of design teams, risk management, management of procurement, budget control and management, customer support. In addition to managing the Carlsbad Desalination Plant project in the US, which has proven a game changer for desalination in the US market, Ziv has managed or been involved in several other small to mega-size thermal and membrane technology-based projects. Ziv holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University.
VP, Organizational Resources
Mr. Wegrzyn joined IDE in 2011 as VP of Organizational Resources. He has broad experience in all aspects of company resources, and manages the IT, Human Resources, Facilities, Documentation and IP, as well as Organization and Methods departments. In his last position prior to IDE he held a similar position with Israel's largest steel producer, where he was also responsible for procurement.
Mr. Wegrzyn brings to the table more than 25 years of senior management experience in both hi-tech and industry, with particular expertise in the management of human resources and facilities.
Mr. Wegrzyn holds a BA in Social Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
VP - O&M, QA & Customer Support
Mr. Peer joined IDE in 1993 and today serves as the VP O&M of RO plants, QA & Customer Support, heading the Quality Assurance and Customer Support departments, as well as being responsible for the O&M of IDE SWRO plants. Prior to IDE, he had a long career in the military, where he rose to the rank of Colonel and held various positions including the commander of the QA unit in the Ordnance Corp, and technical division manager and manager of a large plant dealing with heavy welding and machining, and an assembly line. With his many years of QA experience, coupled with his military background, Mr. Peer has ensures that all IDE projects meet the strictest standards for quality, health and safety and preservation of the environment. He has seen the company through ISO 9001:2008 certification for quality management systems, and ISO 14001:2004 certification for environmental management systems, and SI OHSAS 18001:2007 for occupational health and safety management.
Mr. Peer holds a B.Sc. from the Technion in Haifa, Israel and an M.Sc. from the Naval Post-Graduate School in Monterey, California, both in mechanical engineering. He also studied finance management at the Open University, Tel Aviv.

CEO IDE Americas
Mark joined IDE in 2012, and is responsible for all IDE activities in the Americas, including municipal desalination projects as well as industrial waste water treatment projects in oil & gas, power generation and mining industries. Mark has extensive experience in the water and environmental industries, having served in senior positions in both corporate and consulting companies. Mark is very invovled in the water and environmental community, as he serves as a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the Water Quality Association (WQA). He was also a founding member of the WQA World Assembly, and served on several AWWA and WQA steering committees including the Point of Use committee. Mark received his bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering and MBA from the Golden Gate University.

Henderson joins IDE Americas with more than 25 years of experience in the petrochemical, refinery and upstream oil and gas markets. With a degree in chemical engineering and experience of the industrial water treatment business, Henderson will be an invaluable part of IDE’s industrial growth strategy. Prior to joining IDE, Henderson held relevant positions with Rohm and Haas, NATCO, Cameron and Bray.
Regional Sales Director, TX
General Manager, IDE China
Wang joined IDE China in 2006, establishing the China Office and bringing with him more than 20 years of rich experience in Chinese marketing. He is responsible for business development in China, Hongkong, Taiwan and part of the wider Asia region. Prior to joining IDE, Wang worked for the Eisenberg Group in China for 20 years, delivering consistently record sales and successfully establishing joint ventures in the field of power plants, chemicals and agriculture. Wang has a bachelor degree in Electronics and MBA in Business Administration.
Director Finance & Operations, IDE India
Amit has been part of IDE since 2008, and as India CFO, was part of the leadership team that established IDE operations in the country. He was instrumental in setting up procurement, process, marketing, and O&M departments, from initially having an engineering design team only. He proceeded to become the COO handling finance, administration, HR, documentation and overall operations for IDE India. Prior to IDE, Amit worked with a management consultant firm in India where he was instrumental in setting up operations of a UK based software development company in India. He also served as Finance Manager, India Operations, in Tahal Consulting Engineers Ltd. Amit is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an MBA with specialization in finance.
Country Sales Director, IDE Chile
Rodrigo joined IDE in 2014, and is responsible for all IDE activities in Chile, South America, including small-to-large-scale membrane and thermal desalination solutions and industrial water treatment solutions. Rodrigo is a veteran of the water industry, with close to two decades of experience in the field, including rich experience in business development, where he has successfully generated tens of seawater desalination and reuse opportunities. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Bio Bio, and has done several courses in sales and leadership. Rodrigo is a member of ALADYR (Desalinization and Reuse of Water, Latin America Association).
General Manager, IDE Australia
Michael Howard joined IDE in 2014 as General Manager of the IDE Australia office. In his position, he is responsible for building the IDE brand, as well as pursuing project opportunities in Australia and the Pacific region. Michael brings over 35 years of senior management experience in water, construction, and engineering projects. Prior to joining IDE, IDE Michael successfully built two companies from small-scale operations to multi-million dollar businesses. He has a wealth of business development experience, and has developed long-term relationships with major clients, based on commitment to customer service and project delivery. Michael is a registered electrical contractor, and studied business management and marketing. He has been a member of the Company Directors' Institute since 2012.
