IDE Technologies, a provider of water treatment solutions, announced it has appointed John Henderson as director of industrial sales with IDE Americas. Henderson will spearhead IDE’s growth in the industrial market, particularly in the petrochemical, refining and power sectors. In his role, Henderson will lead commercialization efforts and communicate with decision makers in these markets, enabling IDE to identify and service clients’ needs as a leader in water treatment.
Henderson joins IDE Americas with more than 25 years of experience in the petrochemical, refinery and upstream oil and gas markets. With a degree in chemical engineering and experience of the industrial water treatment business, Henderson will be an invaluable part of IDE’s industrial growth strategy. Prior to joining IDE, Henderson held positions with Rohm and Haas, NATCO, Cameron and Bray.
“I’m looking forward to joining this innovative team as we expand IDE’s growth sectors,” said Henderson. “There are so many opportunities in this expanding industrial sector in Texas that IDE will quickly be recognized as a key player of water treatment solutions.”
“John’s experience in the petrochemical, and oil and gas industries brings an instrumental perspective as we venture deeper into the industrial market,” said Mark Lambert, chief executive officer of IDE Americas. “His insight will ensure a thorough and strategic approach to product and service pricing, distribution, channel opportunities and business models. We have lots of opportunity for continued growth and success of IDE Americas within our current regions and into new regions nationwide.”
